The Steps to Enrolment

To express your interest in an Immaculate Heart of Mary School education for your child, we ask you to complete our online Enrolment Application with the link available on the How to Enrol page,

Enrolments are still open for this year, depending on availability by year level and up to Reception 2030.

We encourage families to register for a Principal's Tour at their first available opportunity.

Once the Enrolment Application has been received for your child and a Principal's Tour completed with other families or on a private basis, you will be invited to an Enrolment Meeting with your child and our Principal Mrs Julie Hancock.  This is a wonderful opportunity to chat about how an Immaculate Heart of Mary School education will benefit your child.

A Letter of Offer is sent to families after their Enrolment Meeting, subject to availability, with the family accepting the place offered for their child by returning the signed Acceptance of Offer and paying the $100 deposit, credited to the first term's fees.

Our Enrolment Officer, Julie Hansen is available to support your family through each step of the enrolment process on enrolment@ihm.catholic.edu.au or call 08 8115 7600.
